Warranty

The Hole Troll is a destructible device constructed of recyclable material and is designed to be destroyed and discarded after first use. Hole Troll products sold in the USA are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from breakage or fracture caused by material defects in material or workmanship for one year from the original date of Product purchase and prior to first use, provided such breakage or fracture renders the Product unusable for its intended application as defined in the Product Instructions. Product Instructions should be reviewed prior to Hole Troll use and are available in the Hole Troll packaging and at theholetroll.com. This warranty does not apply to damage from normal use, misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, or warping caused by storage at or above 140℉ (60℃). Vista Tools LLC will replace the Product which, after examination, is determined by Vista Tool LLC to have breakage or fracture caused by materially defective material or workmanship and not due to the aforementioned exclusions. Return of the Product to a Vista Tools LLC. Service Center is required. Call 1.760.573.8097 or refer to the theholetroll.com website to locate your nearest Hole Troll Service Center location. A copy of the purchase receipt should accompany the product.

Replacement of the product with new or substantially similar product or, at Vista Tool Co.’s option, a refund of the purchase price paid by the purchaser, is the exclusive remedy and exclusive's obligation under this warranty. In no event shall Vista Tools LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors and permitted assigns be liable for any losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, claims, actions, judgments, settlements, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind, including attorneys’ fees, that arise out of any damage to, failure of, or defect in any Product or its packaging. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. 

This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other express warranties, written or oral. To the extent permitted by law, Vista Tools LLC disclaims any implied warranties, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use or purpose. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty applies only to Product sold in the USA.
